Break free from food habits that don’t serve you—without guilt, shame or another punishing plan.

Emotional eating is one of the most common patterns I help people with, and hypnotherapy is a surprisingly gentle and effective way to change it.

This isn’t a diet, and I won’t tell you what to eat. Instead, we’ll work with the subconscious mind—the part that often overrides willpower—and gently shift the patterns that keep repeating.

What it looks like

I recommend 4 sessions

Session 1 – Getting to Know You
We chat about your relationship with food, emotional patterns, and goals, and then we start building your personalised plan.

Sessions 2–4 – The Transformation
We go deeper into your specific challenges and use hypnotherapy to reframe unhelpful patterns, build confidence, and create long-lasting change.

Between Sessions – Extra Support
You'll get a custom voice note to reinforce our work and keep the good stuff ticking along between visits.

A 4-session bundle is available. Please get in touch for pricing and booking.

FAQs – Emotional Eating Hypnotherapy

  • Nope! There’s no food policing here. Hypnotherapy isn’t about restricting or cutting things out—it’s about giving you back a sense of choice and calm around food, especially when emotions take over.

  • Absolutely! Hypnotherapy isn’t about restriction—it helps you regain control, so you can enjoy food without guilt or emotional cravings.

  • Everyone is different, but most people start noticing changes within a few sessions. We’ll create a plan that works best for you.

  • Yes, it really can. Hypnotherapy works with your subconscious, where many of these patterns live. It helps gently shift your relationship with food, reduce cravings, and ease the emotional triggers that lead to overeating.

  • Not at all. You’ll be relaxed but aware the whole time—more like a peaceful daydream. You’re always in control, and nothing happens without your say-so.

  • Totally normal concern! Most people can enter a light trance state—it’s very similar to getting lost in a good book or zoning out while walking. You don’t need to be “deeply under” for hypnotherapy to work. Just relaxed and open.

  • Only if that’s your goal. Many people come to me because they’re tired of emotional eating, not because they want to change their weight.

The focus is always on how you want to feel—more in control, less reactive, and free from guilt or cycles of stress-eating.
